Is my order shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your bank statement will show a generic business name — never our store name. Your privacy is our top priority.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Products & Safety

Are your products body-safe?

We only stock products made from body-safe materials including medical-grade silicone, stainless steel, borosilicate glass, and ABS plastic. We never sell products containing phthalates or other harmful chemicals.

How do I clean my toys?

Wash your toys before and after each use with warm water and mild antibacterial soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Non-porous materials (silicone, glass, steel) can be sterilised by boiling for 3 minutes. Always dry thoroughly before storage.

What lubricant should I use with my toy?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Defective items are covered under manufacturer warranty.

My product arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
